Social Marketing Strategies - developing comprehensive and integrated strategies for multi-partnered media and community-based campaigns to promote positive attitudinal and behaviour change following the Prochaska-DiClemente model.

Editorial products - researching, writing and/or editing a wide range of editorial products for internal use, presentations and print and on-line publishing, including annual reports; business plans; position papers; reports for official inquiries and commissions; policy statements; program presentations; summaries and explanatory brochures; service and instructional guides; promotional material; news releases, Qs and As and backgrounders; and, official memoranda and correspondence.

Speechwriting - researching, writing and editing speeches for elected officials, appointed officials, executives and senior bureaucrats on public policy issues.
